Territories
The Brick Paver Dr. offers exclusive territories to the
franchisee so they can grow and maintain their own customer base. Exclusive
territories are based on a population in a specific market - ideally, a
population of 250,000 - 500,000. There may be other factors to account for territories,
including the number of homes in the area, average household income, existence
of competition, etc. The exclusivity of each territory will be defined as in no
other franchisees will be permitted to open or advertise in that market.
